Terms of Service
1. What MantaOS is
MantaOS is a fully serviced AI-agent operating system for business operators. We provision, host, and operate a dedicated set of AI agents and supporting infrastructure for you, accessible through chat and web interfaces. "Fully serviced" means we run the system for you; it does not mean we run your business for you.
2. Your account
Your verified email address is your account. You confirm you are using MantaOS for business purposes, are authorized to bind the business you sign up for, and that the information you give us (including through the onboarding conversation) is accurate.
3. Price and billing
MantaOS costs $699 per month, all-in: your agents, hosting, and the AI compute they use are included. Billing is monthly in advance, by card, through Stripe, starting at activation and auto-renewing each month until cancelled. Prices exclude any sales taxes/VAT that we are required to collect. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' written notice, effective from your next billing cycle after the notice period.
4. The 90-day money-back guarantee
If MantaOS is not worth it to you, tell us in writing within 90 days of your first charge and we will refund every subscription fee you have paid, in full. One guarantee period per customer. The guarantee covers your money, not third-party costs you incurred on your own side. After a guarantee refund, the subscription and the service end.
5. Cancelling
You can cancel any time, in writing or via your billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month — no further charges, no partial-month refunds (the guarantee in §4 is the exception). After the subscription ends you have 30 days to request an export of your data; after that we delete your tenant.
6. What's included, fairly used
All-in compute is genuinely all-in for normal business operation of your agents. We may throttle or suspend usage patterns that are clearly outside normal operation (resale of compute, automated abuse, workloads unrelated to your business) after telling you.
7. Service and support
We operate, monitor, patch, and improve your system as part of the subscription. Support is delivered asynchronously in writing through your MantaOS channels. We aim for high availability but, at this stage, do not offer a contractual uptime SLA; if the service is materially unavailable for an extended period, the guarantee and your right to cancel protect you.
8. AI outputs, and what your agents do is yours
Your agents produce AI-generated content and act on your instructions, on your behalf, inside your business. AI output is probabilistic: it can be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. You are solely responsible for reviewing outputs and for all business decisions, communications, publications, and actions taken by you or by your agents on your behalf. MantaOS and Firebird Freedom LLC are the platform, not a party to your business: we are not responsible for, and are not to be connected with, what you do with your agents or what your agents do for you. You will defend and indemnify Firebird Freedom LLC against third-party claims arising from your use of the service, your content, or actions your agents take on your behalf. MantaOS is not legal, tax, medical, or financial advice.
9. Your data
Your data stays yours — the content you provide, the knowledge base your system builds, and the outputs generated for you. You give us the rights needed to operate the service on it (store, process, back up, send to the AI-model and infrastructure providers we use). We use subprocessors to deliver the service — currently including Anthropic and OpenAI (AI models), Hetzner and Cloudflare (infrastructure), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Telegram (chat delivery) — and we never sell your data. 10. Our platform
The MantaOS platform, software, kit, and documentation are ours. You get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while subscribed. Feedback you give us may be used to improve the product.
11. Acceptable use
Don't use MantaOS for anything illegal, to send spam or deceptive communications, to infringe others' rights, or to attack or overload systems (yours, ours, or anyone else's). We can suspend or terminate for material breach; if we terminate without breach on your side, we refund the unused part of the current month.
12. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: no indirect, consequential, or punitive damages either way; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
13. Changes
We may update the service (it improves continuously) and these terms. Material changes to the terms come with 30 days' email notice; continued use after that is acceptance.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, and disputes go to its courts, unless mandatory consumer/business law where you are based says otherwise.
